By accessing and using Neuroon.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

5.1 Subscription Plans:
We offer different subscription plans tailored to each business's needs, from free trial plans to enterprise plans. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

5.3 Licensing Model:
Each subscription represents a licence that can be assigned to one store. Licences can be purchased in advance and assigned later to new stores.
5.4 Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Art. 102-103), if you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of contracting, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear communication to soporte@neuroon.ai stating your decision to withdraw.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal shall not apply when the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Art. 103.a RDL 1/2007).
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving your communication, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

7.1 Neuroon.ai Rights: The Service and all its content, features and functionality are the property of Neuroon.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Customer Data: You retain all rights to your product and customer data. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD).

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), we inform you that the Service uses artificial intelligence systems in the following functionalities:
These systems are classified as minimal risk under the EU AI Act and do not make automated decisions with legal effects on users (Art. 22 GDPR).
Data processed by these systems is used exclusively to provide the Service and is not used to train third-party AI models.
11.1 Service Level: We strive to maintain 99.9% availability of the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance.
11.2 Limitation of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. This limitation does not affect the rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, which shall prevail in all cases.
In no event shall Neuroon.ai be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. This limitation shall not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or where the law does not permit its exclusion.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with 30 days' prior notice except in cases of serious security breaches or fraudulent use.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with 60 days' prior notice for substantial changes. Minor improvements may be implemented without prior notice.
